UK POSTAGE INFORMATION
Our UK hand painted and personalised products will be shipped with Royal Mail.
Postage costs are dependent on the size and weight of the parcel. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Most of our orders will be sent as a small parcel, a medium parcel is usually only required for orders containing many products. Please note the delivery times mentioned below does not include the painting time which can be found at the top of this page.

Royal Mail 48 hour tracked - normally arrives in 2-3 business days, tracked,
Up to 2kg – £4.10
Up to 10kg - £7.30
Up to 20kg - £10.80
Royal Mail 24 hour tracked - normally arrives the next business day, tracked,
Up to 2kg – £4.80
Up to 10kg - £8.30
Up to 20kg - £12.30
When your order is finished you will be sent a photo and a shipping date.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE INFORMATION
International orders (unless the parcel is over 2KG) will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed which takes approximately 3-5 business days, tracked to reach European destinations and approximately 6-7 business days to reach the rest of the world. For International orders over 2KG we use a variety of couriers depending on the destination, size and weight of your parcel. Please note the delivery times do not include painting times which can be found at the top of this page.
International shipping costs will be calculated on an individual basis. Postage fees will be based on the destination, weight and size of the parcel and will be shown on your invoice.
When your order is finished you will be sent a photo and a shipping date.
Please be aware that orders being shipped internationally may be subject to import/customs taxes and duties on arrival at the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying all import/customs fees so please make sure you have checked your country's import costs before ordering.
HOW IT WORKS

On the website there are two options of painted products:
Limited edition products - these are already painted and ready to go all I need to do is add the name.
Painted/embroidered to order - these are painted/embroidered (shoes) to order. You choose the designs and colours. When ordering these products you will be sent a proof to approve before I begin painting.
Clothing range - We also offer a range of clothes, these products will be sent out the next working day.
